Please read the following Terms for NextRingtone.info.

1. NextelRingtone.info is not affiliated with Nextel, Nextel.com, or Sprint in any way at all. All images on this website are public domain, and have been altered from their original state. We do not provide and services that would rip off Nextel or Sprint. We do not unlock phones, and we will not teach anyone to get free net on their phone.

2. NextelRingtone.info does not provide any copyright protected material. All samples and ringtones are made from mp3's, but they are altered, and are not offered in the whole file. These short samples are no more then samples for the files in 10 to 20 second clips. We do not provide any copyright protected images on our website.

3. NextelRingtone.info reserves the right to cancel users membership account if we see that they are sharing username and password information. We will not remove anyone's account if they are not doing something they should not be.

4. All content and website design are copyright protected NextelRingtone.info 2005. All copyright protected material will be checked over for hot linkers, and data theft. Persons found doing this will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

5. We are not responsible for knowing what ringtones your phone supports. If your phone only supports midi ringtones, and you wanted wav ringtones, that's not our fault. We provide midi ringtones for those phones, we also provide wav ringtones, mp3 ringtones, and information on how to make your own wav ringtones, and mp3 ringtones.

6. All users agree to be at least 18 years of age. There are no pornographic images in our website, but there are many images that far surpass adult. Many images of men or women in the members area are adult, and some users may not like them. These users are free not to download these images. No question will be answered on this issue.

7. NextelRingtone.info offers online support. This is done via an email system. We strive to get to all of our members' emails in a timely fashion, but chances of delaying in reply can not be ruled out. If it takes too long, please send us reminder. Kindly bear with us as we try our level best to answer all important emails at the earliest.

8. NextelRingtone.info does not provide refunds. We offer a bandwidth related service and we do not offer refunds because once a member downloads things from our members area, we are charged for that bandwidth. This means that we are paying for it. Also software is easy to copy, and people do it all the time with all kinds of software.

9. NextelRingtone.info is not responsible for buying a data cable for its users. Our systems users data cables to transfer ringtones, wallpapers, and games to Nextel phone just like any other website. Our members agree that they understand that they will have to get a data cable to use our service, and that they will have to provide it.

10. NextelRingtone.info reserves the right to refuse support or service to people who are rude, and cuss at us in emails. Abusive, rude and insulting emails will never be answered.

11.Please do not email us asking us to make ringtones or wallpapers as we do not make ringtones or wallpapers by request.
